Thank you Mark! Well done on the progress you are making. Not only with this group but with learnerships in general. I have copied in all board members to bring this to their attention too. You and the team are doing an incredible job by inspiring young people and giving them a foundation for a career in the hospitality industry. I often get told how grateful they are for this opportunity given to them. We are very much aware that balancing the pressures of the operation and still making the deadlines for the learnership program is not easy and can only be done with a lot of passion, planning, flexibility and dedication. Where do I begin to thank you for all you have done for me🥲I am sitting here reminiscing about the moment I walked into that panel and received your text right afterwards saying 'you got the job'. Mr Mark you believed in me, you were there when I lost important people in my life supported me financially when I had nothing. You remain my biggest inspiration and I will never forget all you have done for me. I cannot believe my learnership journey at the Birchwood is coming to an end!
